Refund Policy

Cardelyx PRO can be canceled at any time from the billing portal in your account.

Cancellation

Cancel before your next renewal to avoid another charge. Unless the checkout or billing portal states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and your PRO access continues through the end of the period already paid.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material technical problem that prevented use of the paid service. Approval is not guaranteed.

Requesting help

Use the contact page promptly and include the email address on the account, the charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, and bank processing time may vary.
