Terms of Use
These terms apply when you access Cardelyx, create an account, post community content, or purchase Cardelyx PRO.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you; paid purchases must be authorized by an adult. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify us through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Cardelyx, bypass access or rate limits, probe or disrupt the service, scrape at a harmful volume, upload malicious material, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use community features for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harassing conduct. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Cardelyx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Cardelyx PRO
PRO subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Taxes may apply. You can cancel or manage renewal through the account billing portal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.
Information and third parties
Card prices, pull rates, expected values, opening returns, product comparisons, rankings, and collection analytics are informational estimates for collecting and entertainment. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong; they do not guarantee pulls, resale value, liquidity, profit, or future performance and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Verify important information independently before buying, selling, or opening products. Third-party marketplaces, ads, and links are governed by their own terms. Some links may earn Cardelyx a commission as described in the Affiliate Disclosure.
Copyright notices
If you believe user-submitted material infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page identifying the work, the material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Counter-notices may be submitted through the same channel.
Intellectual property and affiliation
Cardelyx and its original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Pokémon and related names, artwork, and marks belong to their respective owners. Cardelyx is an independent collector resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or their affiliates.
Service changes and disclaimers
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardelyx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, and Cardelyx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
